I truly could not be more pleased and excited about my new home purchase and the services Phil and his team provided to me. I was purchasing using my VA benefit, but I already owned a home using my VA benefit and I was also in the process of selling that home. Phil caught that my VA benefit was wrong and got that corrected for me so I could purchase the second home while still owning the first home. There were so many moving parts to my particular situation, that I can't believe how seamlessly and stress free he was able to get me into my new home! I am a gambling person, up to a point, so Phil and I played the mortgage market waiting until literally the last moment to lock in my rate. He kept his eye on it daily and remained in contact with me as to what the rates were doing so I could make an informed decision as to whether or not to lock my rate or wait a little longer. The rate dropped with a different lender than the one he had locked me in with initially and instead of being lazy and letting it ride, he got me approved and locked at the lower rate with the other lender within 24 hours and I closed 5 days later!! Phil is absolutely amazing and I recommend him highly! You're crazy if you don't take advantage of all he will do for you!

Phil and his team at PS Mortgage Lending are the best type of lender you can deal with. They are all communicative, receptive, honest, supremely efficient, and worked tirelessly (i.e. nights and weekends) to make my purchase a reality. Their rate was the lowest I was able to find. After dealing with a big bank for our "forever home" and watching that big bank almost tank my deal, I can honestly say that I would only trust PS Mortgage Lending moving forward for my personal and business acquisitions. He has access to so many lending programs and was able to get me into a conventional mortgage, which I previously thought was unattainable for me.
