Text messaging terms
Program. PS Mortgage Lending sends text messages to people who opt in, for example by entering a mobile number and checking the consent box in the chat on our website. Messages may include replies to your questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, updates about your loan inquiry or application, and promotional messages about our mortgage products and services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or loan.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversations and requests.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again.
